Penchu was founded on 26 June 2026 by Koppolu Sindhura, with a background in business and economics. The name comes from the Telugu word for increase — because we believe every child has something inside them worth growing.
We work directly with orphans and underprivileged children aged 12–16 (Classes 6 to 10), bringing structured, engaging sessions that teach them the one skill nobody else is teaching them: how to use their voice.
Because economic mobility doesn't start with a degree. It starts with the confidence to stand up and speak.
