Every child deserves
a voice.

Penchu - meaning to grow in Telugu - empowers underprivileged students through public speaking and communication training, helping them build confidence, find their voice, and unlock new opportunities. Because talent is universal, but opportunity is not.

Growing voices,
one child at a time.

Penchu was founded on 26 June 2026 by Koppolu Sindhura, driven by a passion for creating opportunities for young people. The name comes from the Telugu word for "increase" because we believe every child has potential worth growing. While Penchu officially came to life in June 2026, its journey began much earlier. Since January 2025, the idea has been carefully developed, refined, and shaped by a simple belief that every student deserves the chance to find their voice, build confidence, and pursue a brighter future.

We work directly with orphans and underprivileged children aged 12–16 (Classes 6 to 10), bringing structured, engaging sessions that teach them the one skill nobody else is teaching them: how to use their voice.

Because economic mobility doesn't start with a degree. It starts with the confidence to stand up and speak.

The person behind Penchu.

I founded Penchu on 26 June 2026 with one belief that every child deserves to be heard. Growing up with a profound passion for business, economics and communications I kept asking myself — who teaches the children who have no one to teach them?

"I started Penchu because the answer to that question was no one. So I decided to be that someone."

Every session I run brings everything I know about communication, confidence, and human connection into a room with children who deserve more than they have been given. I watch them walk in silent and leave with something they did not know they had.

I believe that economic mobility starts with communication. And communication starts with the courage to speak. That is what Penchu is built on.

Why we do this.

No one teaches underprivileged children how to advocate for themselves, ace an interview, or simply be heard. We change that — one voice at a time.

🧠
Real Skills
Eye contact, conviction, pausing — we teach practical tools they can use immediately, not abstract theory.
🌱
Lasting Impact
Every student leaves with a physical guide they can refer to long after we have left. The learning does not stop when the session does.
🤝
Respect & Dignity
We never talk down to our students. We treat them as the intelligent, capable young people they are.
💡
Student-Led
Penchu is run by young people, for young people. We understand what it means to be afraid to speak up — because we have been there.
📣
Open Access
Our sessions are completely free for all students. Cost is never a barrier to finding your voice at Penchu.
🎯
Measurable Growth
Every session ends with feedback. Every student speaks. We track progress and make each session better than the last.
Simple. Intentional. Real.
1
We Come to You
Penchu visits orphanages and schools directly. No travel burden on students. We bring all materials — guides, activity sheets, everything.
2
The Session
45 minutes. Three core skills. Real practice. Every student speaks at least once before the session ends — with encouragement, never pressure.
3
They Keep Growing
Students leave with a speaking guide they can use forever. We collect feedback and use it to make every future session stronger.
The curriculum.

One 45-minute session. Three core skills. A student guide they keep forever.

01
Eye Contact
Looking at your audience builds immediate trust and authority. We teach students to move their gaze with intention — not stare, not avoid, but connect.
Core Skill
02
The Power of Pause
Silence is not weakness. A well-placed pause makes your next words land ten times harder. This is the skill most adult speakers never learn.
Core Skill
03
Conviction
Speaking like you mean it changes everything. We teach students the physical difference between saying words and actually believing them.
Core Skill
04
Managing Nervousness
Nervousness is not the enemy — hiding from it is. We teach students that the feeling of nerves is the feeling of caring, and how to use it.
Life Skill
05
Structure & Storytelling
A strong opening. A clear message. A powerful ending. We teach the architecture of a speech that people actually remember.

06
Speaking in Real Life
Job interviews, asking for help, standing up for yourself — we connect every skill to the real situations our students will face.
Application
What they said.
"I never thought I could stand up in front of people. Today I did it. And I want to do it again."
Student, age 13 — Session 1
"Nobody ever taught us this before. I learned more in 45 minutes than I expected."
Student, age 14 — Session 1
"The pause exercise was the most surprising thing. I did not know silence could be powerful."
Student, age 12 — Session 1
